Over 17+ years I have built and scaled organizations, ventures and teams in healthcare, health and innovation. As a growth strategist, business coach, executive and entrepreneur, I have experienced up close how growth brings complexity, and how important it is to step back at the right moment, recognize patterns and set a new course.

I combine strategic insight, knowledge of the healthcare system and entrepreneurship with the ability to actually create movement. A systemic view of the healthcare and health ecosystem helps me see opportunities that often stay invisible from within a single discipline or organization.
